Iyengar Yoga - In Studio

In-studio classes with Khaled will begin with a grounding centering practice, setting the tone for a mindful session. A gentle warm-up will prime your body for the sequence of asanas that follow, seamlessly guiding you through each pose. Khaled's sessions always conclude with a restorative phase, allowing you to fully absorb the benefits of your practice and depart feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

What To Wear:

​

  • Comfy shorts and a t-shirt are the best choice. Leggings are also okay, but make sure they're short enough to show your knees. Baggy clothes often get in the way, so avoid those where possible. 

​

Equipment:

​

  • I offer a wide variety of yoga props for use in class. Additionally, I can supply mats upon request however you're welcome to bring your own.

​

When To Arrive:

​

  • Please aim to arrive within a 15-minute window before the class begins.

​

Medical Conditions:

​

  • Please do not attend classes if you are feeling unwell. In addition if you are pregnant, menstruating, or dealing with an injury or medical condition, arrive a few minutes early to class to check in with your teacher.
