This long weekend intensive is designed to help you establish your yoga practice in a warm and colourful setting, enhancing and boosting your energy levels, with the opportunity to explore the beautiful city of Thessaloniki

​

We will be practicing at Anima, a fully equipped Iyengar Yoga and Pilates studio. The accommodation will be in a 4-star hotel located in the beautiful town of Thessaloniki. It is near the waterfront, restaurants, and town attractions. We have plenty of great restaurant recommendations in Thessaloniki, all within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel is a 25-minute drive to the yoga studio and a 30-minute drive to the airport. A taxi service will be provided to and from the studio and is included in the price.

Friday, 16/10/2026:

• 20:00 Dinner in Thermi near the Studio
   

Saturday, 17/10/2026:
 

• 9:00 to 11:30 Asana Class

• 11.30 to 12:30 Light Lunch included

• 12:30 to 14:30 Asana Class

• Afternoon free to explore Thessaloniki

Sunday, 18/10/2026:
 

• 8:30 to 10:00 Asana Class
   

The cost is £550 per person sharing a room (*Single supplement + £125).
 

This includes:
 

• All yoga classes

• Accommodation for Friday and Saturday night

• Travel to and from the studio and the hotel in a pre-arranged taxi

• Dinner on Friday evening (Alcohol not included), a light lunch on Saturday and breakfast at the hotel on Saturday and Sunday morning
   

Not included:
 

• Flights

• Airport transfers to and from the hotel

• Travel insurance

Cancellations

​

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

For any bookings cancelled up to 12 weeks before the event, a full refund of any payments will be given, minus the deposit.

For cancellations made up to 8 weeks before the retreat, refunds will not be possible.

Name changes to transfer a booking can be made free of charge at any time.

We highly advise you to take out your own travel insurance for your trip.

Please check that this would cover cancellations due to health reasons of if the Retreat has to be cancelled for reasons out of our control such as a lockdown or due to extreme weather.
